DOT BD, is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Bangladesh. It is administered by the Ministry of Post & Telecommunications of Bangladesh by BTCL (Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Ltd). Domain Registration Price

.bd domain must be registered for minimum 2years. We charge 2500 Tk for .com.bd, .net.bd, .org.bd, edu.bd, ac.bd, gov.bd

Registration Procedure & Timeline

.bd domain registration can take 24-48hrs to complete the registration after getting all necessary documents.

Required Documents

• 1. If registrant is a company/institution then the National ID/ Passport would be the administrative contacts.
• Registrant Signature
• For .gov, .mil, .tv need to upload the forwarding letter from concern authority along with other document where necessary (i.e .tv approval letter from ministry of Information).
• For .edu/ .ac need approval letter/document from concern authority (i.e.: UGC/Education board/Technical board/Madrasha board/ Ministry of Education etc).
• For .org need approval letter/document from NGO bureau/ Ministry of Social welfare etc.
• If any anomalies found in the information, BTCL deserves the right to Cancel/Change/delete the domain.
